Hello!
I’m Beth. I’m a mum of three, and I am a qualified nutrition therapist and I am on a mission to help busy mums simplify life so they can start looking after themselves.

It sometimes feels that we have to decide between being present with our kids, having a tidy home or focusing on our health – but I am here to tell you that that just isn’t true.

Maybe the idea of balance that society has created is a pipe dream – not just for you, but for everyone.

It is possible to create your own perfect balance, and I want to help you create it.

Imagine creating a balance where you feel like you are keeping on top of the chaos of motherhood, your home while also prioritising your own wellness.

There is no one size-fits-all when it comes to our life or our health, that is why we have to find what works best for us.

Just because a way of doing something works well for someone else, it doesn’t mean that it will work well for you too.


So what does looking after yourself as a mum even mean?

>> It means finding ways to make things simper.

>> It means finding rhythms and routines for everything in your life to stop the overwhelm and to make things EASIER.

>> It means prioritising time for you.

>> It means making sure there is enough time for you to do the things that you love doing.

>> It means learning to nourish yourself in a way that allows you to keep your energy high to do all those things you need to do.

>> It means making the foundations of self-care and wellness (e.g. sleep, movement) a part of life.

>> It means reducing overwhelm and stress.

And most importantly it means making all of these things just a part of your day-to-day life so being healthy and less stressed becomes a part of your daily life and not something you have to work hard at.

Making changes can seem unbelievably overwhelming, but I can help you simplify things, break them down and make a plan.

There is no one size fits all when it comes to taking care of ourselves, we all live extremely different lives in extremely different circumstances – but I strongly believe that if you decide to focus on yourself, everything else will just fall into place.

You will also find lots of family things here too, I am a work in progress myself, so let’s simplify life together.
